Ordering Policy

Please carefully read our ordering policy before placing an order to avoid any kind of inconvenience caused.

  1. Cash on Delivery option is only for people living in Karachi.
  2. For people living outside of Karachi, your order will not be processed until and unless we receive full payment. You can do online payment through Easypaisa and/or bank transfers.
  3. If you need an order on an urgent basis, an additional 500rs/- will be charged.
  4. Our normal processing delivery days are 4-10 working days.
  5. Incase of an online payment, it must be made in 3 working days to avoid cancellation of your order.
  6. Miscommunication or unresponsiveness will lead to orders cancellation.
  7. Orders can’t be canceled after the order has been accepted on the website.
  8. Orders, within Karachi, will require advance payment in case of bulk orders or customized orders.
  9. Please be respectful to our riders and delivery partners.
  10. Delivery charges are 300 for Karachi and 350 outside of Karachi.
